
徐默然,中共党员,武汉纺织大学机械工程与自动化学院专任教师,工学博士,硕士研究生导师。博士毕业于韩国岭南大学机械工学院,2016年前往台湾国立宜兰大学交流。以第一/通讯作者在机械领域重要期刊上发表SCI论文14篇,包括J MANUF PROCESS,J MATER PROCESS TECH和《机械工程学报》等,其中中科院1区TOP期刊6篇,授权中国/国际专利9项,出版英文学术专著1部。作为团队核心成员,多次主持/参与中韩国家自然科学基金项目,并承担多项校企合作横向课题,在基础研究和产业应用方面实现了有效融合。担任第六届国际制造工艺与技术会议(ICMPT)组织委员会委员、湖北省机械工程学会青年工作委员会委员。
